Red Tractor Chia Seeds are grown sustainably in the Kimberly region of Western Australia. Packed full of goodness, they are a complete protein source and are high in fibre and omega 3 ALA. Chia can be used in any meal from breakfast through to dinner or as an egg replacement.
Benefits:
Serving size information: A 15g serve is low FODMAP, 35 serves approx. per 500g pack.
Ingredients: Chia Seeds.
IN THEIR RAW STATE:
We recommend a serve (20g) of chia daily. Sprinkle onto muesli or cereals, into salads or smoothies, or add to baking.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix 1 cup of chia seeds with 9 cups of water.
2. Whisk to blend together then stand for 15 minutes.
3. Whisk again and place in an airtight container.
4. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
5. Use the gel in place of eggs, oil or butter in many baking recipes.
