Noisy Guts is an Australian gut health company on a mission to improve your gut health.

Noisy Guts is led by an experienced, dedicated and passionate team - Dr Josephine Muir, Dr Mary Webberley and our medical advisor Nobel Laureate Professor Barry Marshall.

Our ‘north star’ is a non-invasive and accurate diagnostic test for one of the world’s most common gut disorders - Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Our initial approach involved the analysis of bowel sounds. However, we are now focussed on developing a diagnostic tool based on digital markers. It’s a cheaper and more accurate solution.

Directions for use:

Recommended - Blend 50g of powder with 250ml of chilled water.

  1. Shake, don’t stir. They’re called meal replacement SHAKES for a reason. Use a blender or a shaker to get the best results.

  2. More than a spoonful. Did you know that tablespoon sizes vary around the globe? We recommend adding 50g of Superflora to 250ml chilled water (about 7 level tablespoons). But your tablespoons might be different to ours, so weigh first. And adjust the amount of liquid to find your preferred consistency.

  3. Need more calories? Try our shakes with 250g of low lactose (or other) milk or add strawberries, raspberries or bananas to give you extra oompf to power through your day.
