Rigatoni is a tubular pasta similar to penne, but bigger and more square at the edges.

The term comes from 'Rigato', an Italian word meaning 'ridged', and is commonly associated with the cooking of central and southern Italy.

Preparation Instructions:

  1. For each 350g of pasta, bring 5 litres of water to the boil (salted to taste).
  2. Add pasta and return to boil. Stir gently and continue to boil for 8-10 minutes to desired texture.
  3. Drain and serve with your favourite sauce.

Serve size: An 87.5g serve is low FODMAP, 4 serves per 350g pack.
